Built 4 products focused on mid market ecommerce brick and mortar retail.
- Deliver (APP) – Focused on providing extensive functionality with ease of use, Deliver provides merchants the ability to quickly and easily enable BOPIS and ROPIS on their ecommerce platform.
- Relate (APP) – Allowed merchants to gain insights into customer purchase patterns and history, segment and market against the data that was collected during their shopping journey, and allow the store associates the ability to access this information, along with detailed product information, reviews and recommendations to assist the customer.
- Admin (web based) – The administrative hub for all the applications. The admin allowed merchants to set up and configure integrations, manage products, orders, customers, create segments and notifications for SMS and PUSH.
- Storefront – Curbside (Web based) – Thanks COVID – We responded to the market by developing an entry level product that would allow merchants without an ecommerce platform to quickly set up an online store to allow customers to purchase and pick up curbside. This was accomplished in 3 weeks. We have onboarded multiple customers to date with more in the pipeline.
- Worked closely with product marketing to ensure they understood the inherent value of the products we were developing.
- Lead and mentor UX/Design team.
- Unified Design/UX team across products, market segments, and timezones. Worked to consolidate the effort by developing a consistent design language that could be leveraged across multiple platforms.
- Developed the UX design framework all applications would reference.
- Created Personas, User workflows, and Application/User ecosystem map that we leveraged to illustrate the various touchpoints for our users.
- Worked/trained product managers to use pattern libraries to create their own wireframes.
- Worked with clients to evaluate products and features. Establish rapport, gather insights into their business, and take the knowledge gained from these investigative sessions to filter out necessary requirements.
