Overview

  • As a Business Process Outsourcing Company (BPO) company, Personiv works with many clients to offload manual and repetitive tasks with outsourced talent. This focus has allowed the company to obtain a deep understanding of how these organizations and their respective industries operate. With this insight we were able to uncover a number of key pain points that exist across companies in the same market space. Location listing management was our first product we focused on.

  • API first. API first development ensures extensibility, allowing our clients to add features and functionality that are outside our roadmap. Create a blended application that provided both automatic and manual submissions to listing providers. This would allow us to focus on the core listing service providers for automated submissions, while segmenting the remaining listing providers into relevant verticals that would have a natural impact to the customers SEO and market presence.
